Every museum in the world has a distinct and fascinating history. Visiting museums was never my cup of tea while growing up. Nor did I have any interest to know the history behind any of the masterpieces or even contemplate the meaning behind a painting.
However, my interest to know more on the topics grew profoundly when I started to really take my art seriously.
I came to the realization that the stroke and colors used by the masters were not just ‘random’ anymore; but an expression that had deeper meanings.
Well, by reading a lot of books, watching documentaries, and visiting several museums, I realized that there is more to art than what we see and understand.
I think one of the best ways to understand and study the works of great masters and understand the extraordinary works is to visit museums.
In this blog post, I will be introducing only few of the famous museums from around the world. If you are an art and history lover, don’t miss this opportunity to visit these museums at least once in this lifetime.
